A Storage Owner told me,
'I trust you. It's not a lot.
You don't have to pay me now'

A B & B Owner told my wife,
'You can have 2 rooms for just £65'

Both at their late 50s if not 60s.
Both appeared to be Very Kind.

But the Reality is,
When we came back from 2-week holiday,
They both changed their minds..
& faces!!

Storage Owner came to my home,
Accusing me of taking all our belongings,
Without paying him,
Without returning him the keys.

When it was actually him on the wrong!
He'd confused us with another customer,
The Running Away customer.

Still, he charged me £25 a week...
Instead of £20 a week that he advertised!

The B & B Owner?
She charged us £85 instead of the £65!
What's more :
She insisted she had never met my wife!

My Message to you?

Do the above two remind you of someone?

Fund Managers?
Investment Consultants?
Financial Advisers?
Bank Managers?

Are they not all Very Kind to you?
At first?
Talk to you like your best friend?

Started our UK holiday lately.
Visited old properties with our boys.
Down the Memory Lane.

I viewed 60 properties before buying 1st.
Then, another 60 before buying the 2nd!
Everytime, I viewed it with my boy(s).

I carried on the habit whilst in NZ.
Also, when us residing in OZ.

Even took my boys to Auctions.
Asking them questions.
Let them felt the tensions.

Boys always join us for Open Homes.
Asked them how they found the house.
What were the selling points.
What improvement they would make etc.

All for one thing :
Planning a seed in them.

Developing them a Love for Property.
Because Property is,
One of the 7 ways to become a Millionaire.

And the one requires the Least Capital,
Least Manpower & the Shortest Time.

With interest rate at historical low,
With long term tenants at historical high,
What opportunities are out there?
