Everyone has a Dream.
Some want to be Healthy.
Some want to be Happy.
Many want to be Wealthy.
Assuming those want money has indeed made it.
Got their first bucket of gold.
So, what's next?
What's to happen The Day After the Big Gain?
Two sisters in NZ, after wining the Biggest Lotto in NZ, appearing on TV saying,
"We'll go back to work as normal tomorrow."
Even though they've just won NZ$50 Million!
And in less than 45 minutes, Australia is to have its Biggest Lotto Winner,
A$90 Million.
I've bought a ticket.
Because I know,
"Buying a ticket does NOT mean I'll Definitely Win;
But NOT buying one means I'll Definitely Lose!"
I take my chances with................1 ticket.
Because this could also be the ticket to realise my Dreams.
I only have a few of them!
One of which is to establish a small co-educational school.
With only 2 classes in every Grade/Year.
And about 18 students in each class, with half boys and half girls.
And only learning in the morning...........
......................
It's about putting my Education Believes into work.
See if they work.

Master
Masterchef, the Popular TV programme

My Boys love watching it.
So does my wife.
I watch it too - only if I've washed the dishes in time!
And for the last few days, the candidates were competing each other in......
Hong Kong!
While staying at the Luxury Langham Hotel.
Candidates were reminded their dishes must have the Oriental Touch.
This has reminded me a candidate who was Eliminated just before this HK Challenge.
Her name was Poh and she's a Chinese.
She & another candidate were facing a "Pressure Test".
Each was asked, in turn, what the 20 ingredients were in a dish.
The moment one gave the wrong answer, the moment they're Eliminated.
With only 4-5 ingredients left to be named, Poh made a Fatal Mistake.
She was Over-confident.
So,instead of naming the obvious ingredients, she tried a harder one........
And she got it Wrong!
Even though she named, after being Eliminated, all the remaining ones Correct.
Another candidate, Justine, had never been required to attend a "Pressure Test".
But, she had faced her first one during the HK Super Challenge.
She kept telling the Judges that Asian Food was her Weakest Point.
The other candidate needed to attend the "Pressure Test" as Justine was concentrated.
Completely concentrated in tasting the dish she had to cook.
Unlike Justine, she had tasted the Duck, the Hoi Fung, the Vegetable, the Sauce etc.
Essentially, every single ingredient in the dish.
In the end, she'd won and Justine was Eliminated.
And what did Justine say to the Judges?
Again, she was not particular good at making the Asian Food!
In Life, there are always Winners and Losers.
And there are Always More Losers than Winners.
Because NOT everyone understands the Vital Importance of,
- Being Confident but NOT Over-confident; and
- Find Own Weakness and Improve if NOT Eliminate the Weakness.
And In Investment, one will be Punished Heavily for failing to understand the above.
Had Poh been More Humble......
Had Justine been More Prepared to Improve........

As Expected
Finished watching the "Million Dollar Traders".
Things happened as Expected during the 2nd and the last episode.
The Eldest candidate was called into the Boss room.
He was quick to act, telling the Boss the trading experience had been very Stressful.
In fact, the last time he was so Stressful was when him having a Divorce!
So, he stated Himself that's the end of his day and it's time to go home.
He was Least Flexible, Least Humble and therefore was First to go as I Expected.
But at least he'd made a Smart Move at last,
"Firing Himself BEFORE being Fired!"
The Once Most Promising candidate had become the Most Distracting.
She was finally being asked to leave.
She cried as usual - though there was an Unusual Move later on.
3 other candidates leaving in support of her being Fired!
But then again, two of these three supportive male team members were Losing Money.
And were Pressurised to Perform Better.
And the third?
He actually liked the girl!
So, they're leaving as I Expected.
Because Money Losers and Lover needed to find an "Honourable Exit"
So that they could take the Compliment of being "True Friends".
(Rather than being Condemned for "True Losers")
So, 8-1-4 =........
And the remaining Three Stronger candidates?
As Expected........
They ALL performed Better than Most Professional Hedge Fund Managers!!
During the Most Violate 2-month investment history in UK, the Average Loss of a Hedge Fund was 5%.
And the Winning Three had :
1% Gain (a Straight A, 20-year-old Black, Male, University (Finance) student);
0.5% Gain (a Middle Aged Self Employed Single Mum with young twin daughters); and
1% Loss (a Middle Aged Early Retired Solider)
This has just proved again, AS EXPECTED,
Everyone has a Better Chance of Getting a Better Return for Themselves than any Faked Expert

Learning
Time Flies.
It's more than two years ago that I started warning others about the coming CRASH in www.baby-kingdom.com.
It's more than two weeks ago that I started watching this "Million Dollar Traders."
Have you managed to view this UK made 3-part documentary?
What have you learnt?
The young man supervising the Candidates is only 29-year-old.
He's retired as a Millionaire after working only 8 years in the Investment industry.
And guess how many times he had went out his office to have a proper lunch?
Only.....
Twice in all these 8 years!
The Oldest Candidate in the group could NOT stand the Pressure.
He made the Fatal Mistake - Buying the share he should be Selling!
Within minutes, he knew he'd made a Major Mistake, so he immediately sold the share.
Still, he'd made an Instant Loss due to the Buying/Selling Price Difference.
The Most Promising Candidate (stood out during the Training)also could NOT cope.
She was seen trying to get the phone set, then, not, then trying to get it again, then not to....... She's Panic.
She'd LOST the Confidence in Herself!
And the reason that these two Candidates were so Stressed out?
Because they were pressurised to Invest - even when the markets gone Mad!
The Supervisor kept reminding them they'd to Invest - regardless of the Dramatic rise and fall of the market.
This documentary was filmed last Sept, when the two US Mortgage Giants fell.
And then the Lehman Brothers.
The market was so volatile, the UK Blue Chips easily rose and fell by 10-20% in a day!
Not only you've learnt that Making the Right Decision in Investing is a Ticket to Early Retirement,
But also the Tremendous Pressure one has to Face when one HAS to Invest on a regular basis.
(So, why Rushing to Invest your OWN Hard Earned Money? Why Buying/Selling every hour?)
And the Most Important thing one could learn is................
Fund Managers HAVE to invest - no matter how Volatile the markets are.
Because they've to make money, at least by...........
Charging you an Excessive Fee!!
Head, you lose.
Tail, they win.
They always win.
And if they do lose......they lose YOUR money ONLY - NOT theirs!

Million Dollar Traders
I saw a very interesting TV programme on Tuesday night.
A UK made documentary about selecting 8 persons out of about 1,000 applicants.
These Lucky 8 (or Unlucky?), with different (some Interesting) backgrounds were then being trained to become a Fund Manager.
