Had a very busy Time lately.
Not only because my boys just started a New School Year,
But also because they started at a New School.

Time has been a Hot Topic lately.

Canadian Prime Minister stated,
It'd take 10 years to rebuild Haiti.
Afghanistan President commented,
It'd take 15 years to rebuild its country.

And US is facing more Tough Time.
Consumer Spending is at its Lowest since 1946!
In UK?
Bad Time gets Worse!
1/5 under the age of 16 are being brought up,
In an Unemployed Family!

Time has changed.

We're entering a New Era,
High Unemployment is the Norm.
High Inequality is the Fact.
High Volatility is the Trend.

What normally takes 3-5 years for a Cycle,
Now takes only 3-5 months.
Be it shares, gold, oil, forex.......
Fast Rise. Quick Fall.
Roller Coaster all the Time!

Salt has been in great demand to melt the ice;

Warning has been issued for bush fire.

From the Poor Earthquaked Victims in Haiti,
Fighting for food to survive;
To the Rich Hotel Guests in Gold Goast,
Queuing for Award Winning supper.

The Remarks.
From the Chairperson of UK's Cadbury,
Teasing the US's Kraft Hostile Takeover,
"They're an Inferior company."

The Share Prices.
Cadbury's, Europe's Largest Food Firm,
Jumped by 40% in a day;
JAL's, once Aisan Largest Airline,
Dropped by 45% in a day!

We're experiencing the Most Extreme Period.
The Last 2-3 years,
Have seen the creation of Extreme Wealth,
Making the Gap between the Rich & Poor,
Has never been as Wide.

How are you going to survive?

Be Extremely Calm.
Be Extremely Patient.

Then, Be Extremely Decisive.

Mother Nature.
She's shown once again who's In Charge.

From the once in 30 years Snow Storm in Britain,
To the once in 40 years Cold Front in Beijing,
To the Record Heat at 45 degree in South Australia,
To the Severe Flooding in NSW.

Human Nature.
It's shown again& again who should be Charged.

From Henry Paulson, the then Chairman of Goldman Sachs,
(And later became the US Treasury Secretary)
Successfully convinced Congressmen to accept his Argument,
Back in 28.4.2004,
The US Banks would be Better Off with "Self Regulation"!

To Anna Bligh, the current Queensland Premier,
Sadly pronounced a few months ago,
There was a Big Hole in State Budget due to the Global Crisis.
But only a few weeks ago, she had given herself,
And all MPS a 3.1% Pay Rise!

A Familiar Name.
James Bond.
James Cook.
James Dean.

What about James I?
Has anyone heard of him?
The Scottish King in the late 15 Century.

What could we learn from him?

He was once being held as a Hostage.
By the King of England.
He was eventually being released.
And the 1st thing he did on returning Scotland?

Building himself a Grand Palace.

Only getting himself into a Big Trouble.
He did NOT have enough money!

Even as a King, James could NOT force people,
In a way,
To accept his hair as Money,
To take his writing as Money etc.

As a King James then used his Power,
To force the Very Powerful & Rich,
MacDonald's Family to hand over some of their Wealth.
Like Land, Jewelleries etc.

What have we learnt from the History?
James's Home project just like the Sub-prime Crisis.
Though those now in trouble are US Low Income People.
NOT a King!

And Land & Gold are much valued for Centuries!
Is this the Exact Reason that people are now,
Buying Property & Gold?
