Unexpected II

Tuesday, the 300 mm rain had made the Queensland's 6-year-old Draught gone.
Wednesday, the another 390 mm rain had made the Queensland State Declaring "Diaster Zone"
2-day rain has contributed 1-year water supply for the whole Queensland.

This is Totally Unexpected.
Not only it happened but also happened in an Unprecedented Speed.

Sound Familiar?
What about all these Unexpected Events happening during the last 21 months?

Did I not tell you in this Blog before,
It is NO Longer about Firms but Countries?

At long last, UK has been warned by Credit Agency it could lose its "AAA" rating.
This could be the 1st time UK losing its "AAA" since 1978 when UK was 1st assessed.

Yes, USA is soon to be on the same path - being Downgraded.

Have you not noticed the US Congress just passed a BILL?
Which restricting how much interest a Credit Card firm could charge on the outstanding debt.

Have you not noticed the US is NOT only suffering from a Deteriorating Residential Property Market, but also ALL these, Credit Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan, Student Loan etc. Market.... and now finally comes the Commercial Property Market?

Have you not noticed the New House Construction started in April is the Lowest(yes, beat the Record (again) made only a month ago!) since record began in the 1960s?

Are you expecting the Wall St continues to rise for No Reason?
When more & more people are Losing their jobs?
When more & more public money being thrown into the Losing firms?
When more $ more "000"s (Now approaching US$2 Trillions) added to the Deficit?

What are you expect to happen, when there is a Sudden and Complete Collapse in Faith on US?

Are you Ready?

Hi Fate,
May I seek you valuable advice as to how to get ready for the collapse of US/US dollar?
My situation is mostly HK$ cash and little AUD$ and RMB. Now that both gold and AUD dollar has risen so much. It is difficult to make decision. So, cash is no longer king in view of the present situation... hard decision! What's your opinion on property investment then? Thanks Thanks in advance first.

Cheers,
Carol
