Mother Nature.
She's shown once again who's In Charge.
From the once in 30 years Snow Storm in Britain,
To the once in 40 years Cold Front in Beijing,
To the Record Heat at 45 degree in South Australia,
To the Severe Flooding in NSW.
Human Nature.
It's shown again& again who should be Charged.
From Henry Paulson, the then Chairman of Goldman Sachs,
(And later became the US Treasury Secretary)
Successfully convinced Congressmen to accept his Argument,
Back in 28.4.2004,
The US Banks would be Better Off with "Self Regulation"!
To Anna Bligh, the current Queensland Premier,
Sadly pronounced a few months ago,
There was a Big Hole in State Budget due to the Global Crisis.
But only a few weeks ago, she had given herself,
And all MPS a 3.1% Pay Rise!

A Familiar Name.
James Bond.
James Cook.
James Dean.
What about James I?
Has anyone heard of him?
The Scottish King in the late 15 Century.
What could we learn from him?
He was once being held as a Hostage.
By the King of England.
He was eventually being released.
And the 1st thing he did on returning Scotland?
Building himself a Grand Palace.
Only getting himself into a Big Trouble.
He did NOT have enough money!
Even as a King, James could NOT force people,
In a way,
To accept his hair as Money,
To take his writing as Money etc.
As a King James then used his Power,
To force the Very Powerful & Rich,
MacDonald's Family to hand over some of their Wealth.
Like Land, Jewelleries etc.
What have we learnt from the History?
James's Home project just like the Sub-prime Crisis.
Though those now in trouble are US Low Income People.
NOT a King!
And Land & Gold are much valued for Centuries!

Raising interest rate 3 times in a row!
About 3 years ago,
America's Unprecedented Collapse in Property Market started,
Raising everyone's blood pressure 3 times higher!
Within the last 3 months,
3 Unprecedented Events also happened in America.
Raising serious doubt about the Recovery.
1st event.
A Lady used to use her home to home the Homeless,
Finally became Homeless herself.
After being behind her mortgage payment.
2nd event.
A drop in Home Burglary cases.
Because.........
So many are out of job & they all stay at home!!

1 in 7 homeowners are now behind their mortgage payments.
