What was China like back in 1993?

Did it have the World's Largest..
Sovereign Fund back then like now?

Was it the World's 2nd Largest...
Economy back then like now?

Were the US, UK, Europe & Japan,
So Broke back then like now?

NO!

So, why RMB$ is now so Low,
When compared with 17 years ago?
