Another Billionaire's Attitude

I'd NOT met him until April 08.
Although one of his daughters was my Elder Boy's classmate;
Although he's the Chairperson of my Boys' school Board;
Although he's one of the Richest & Most Powerful Men in the City.

Our path only & finally crossed because of his Rental Manager.
Renting me a flat without advising me it was flooded Twice.
So, on returning home from an overseas trip in Feb 08,
We found our flat flooded & damaged.

The Agency sent in 3 Managers, trying to deny Responsibility.
I took the Agency to Small Claim Tribunal & Won.
I then donated the A$256 Compensation to the school,
PLUS Another A$256 from my own pocket to the school!!

We eventually met.
He shook my hands,
Advising me the Rental Manage was fired (though for another reason)
And we started having lunch/gathering once a month.

He's impressed me in 4 areas.

So Humorous.
We always share something funny to release the Stress of Life.
Even though he always has a Serious Look on his face!

So Humble.
He often seeks my views on how to improve the school further.
Even though he has an Australian Medal Winner(Education Services)
As his Right-Hand Man!

So Punctual.
He always arrives our monthly meeting place earlier than I!
Even though I was on time!!

And above all,
So Focused.
Never let the Past to stand in the way.
Even though we did not have the Perfect Start.

So, before anyone complaining about Life,
Their Talents NOT being Recognised,
Their Efforts NOT being Appreciated,
Their Investment NOT .......

Just stop & think for a minute.
Have they got what it takes?
Have they got the Right Attitudes?

The Billionaire's Attitude.
He ONLY has A$500 Million - Minimum!

Money,
And in fact,
Any Opportunity,
Only comes for those Deserve it.
