5 Stars.

The Best in its Class.

I'm now staying at a 5-Star hotel in Cairns.
Shangri-la.
The Most Reputable Hotel Brand.
Thanks to my Service Requesters.

It's NOT the Seaview.
It's NOT the Convenience.
It's NOT the Facilities that has surprised me.

But the People.

In particular, a member of its staff that I've Never met.

2 days ago,
My rented car was Unlawfully ticketed when there was over 1 hour on the meter!
This man, happened to be passing by, agreed to be my independent witness,
Confirming the ticket should have NEVER been issued.

And giving me his name, his firm's name & his home telephone number.

He even reminded me to take a photo of the meter,
And showed me the route to the Council Office to make a complaint!

A Good Man.
A 5-Star Man.
A Man that I finally tracked down & shaked his hands earlier today.
And was given a small token of my appreciation.

But in Life, NOT everyone is a 5-Star person.
So why everyone is expecting a 5-Star Return on their Investment?
