In national debt EVERY year,
It will take....20 years for the Region,
To return to Pre-WWWIII Level!
The recent land sale in Beijing,
Confirming the Chinese Culture,
"For every Policy, there is a Counter Policy!"
Just when the Ruling Party announced measures,
To cool down the property market.
The sale price broke record in the morning.
And again..... in the afternoon!!
It's now Official,
"Noone is in Control"
No government can dictate what is to happen.

The World's 3rd largest bank.
Recently released its result.
2% rise in profit - that's really Bad.
The World economy still has NOT recovered.
Sterling Pounds.
Depreciated by over 5% since 1 Jan 10.
With a Normal Leverage of 20 times,
That's a 100% profit for some Hedge Funds!
Big Crocodiles still making Big Money.
USA.
The Eye of the current Storm.
1/4 of houses are in "Negative Equity"
10% of that are 25% BELOW market value.
In 2008, when Lehman Brothers collapsed,
Experts were warning, "Systematic Failure"
Now, we're looking at,
"Sovereignty Failure"
US has recently been hinted,
Having a 40% chance of Failing.....
Failing to Honour its Obligation.
Its Trillion $$$ Debts.
Has China NOT recently sold some of its US Bonds?
After Euro, it could be US$,
And then.....
China.
All these building up of China being,
"Unscathed in the current crisis"
"Chinese Economy is Growing fast again"
"Properties in China still Rising"

Some friends have Turned things to their Advantages.
OZ education standard is NOT High enough?
She then made the most of it,
Having her child got one scholarship after another.
Enjoying Free Private School education,
And still being at the Top!
UK Recession Never ends?
He then made the most of it,
Putting forward business proposals to councils.
Getting Funding to create New Jobs for Unemployed,
And still being well paid as Small Employer!

Game
The New Game has already started.
Just in case you've not noticed.
Not the Winter Olympic Game.
Though many countries are now eyeing Canada.
Russia, has the 3rd (or 4th?) largest foreign reserve,
Considers having More Canadian $ to reduce US$ Risk.
Not the Crisis In Greek.
Though many countries are now worrying.
Spain? Portugal? Italy? Which is Next?
And Euro to Collapse?
It's the Gradual Phasing Out of Government Support.
Or, more precisely,
Cutting the "Hand Out" of Taxpayers' money!
China is tightening up the net.
With a 0.5% rise in bank reserve requirement;
US is looking to do the same,
As it can't keep raising Maximum Limit of National Debt!
The World Economy is in a WORSE shape,
And there would be More Upset,
If you have NOT done your Maths.
Have you NOT noticed the interest is rising?
Have you NOT noticed the price is also rising?
And so is the Stake for this New Game.
The New Game has been trying to convince Everyone,

The recent drama of a Faked Feng Shui Master,
Has reminded us on one Golden Rule,
Not only in Investment,
But also in Life.

Had he known the Wisdom of keeping Low Profile,
Happy with the Known HK$2 Billion already pocketed,
And the Unknown HK$X Billion;
Had he NOT fought for the HK$100 Billion estate,
Of the Asian Richest Woman,
He would NOT have come to this.
Within 40 hours of losing his case in court,
He had changed his side.
From Plaintiff to Defendant!
Also, Facing Huge Legal Bills!
And being chased for HK$350 Million Unpaid Tax!
Knowing When to Buy is Great.
But NOT knowing When to Sell is Grave - Dead!
Especially in the current ever changing climax.
Things change in hours.
So, I had stopped holding my Japanese Yen.
Sold them all yesterday for Sterling Pounds.
Cashing in the 11% Profit.

Not only because my boys just started a New School Year,
But also because they started at a New School.
Time has been a Hot Topic lately.
Canadian Prime Minister stated,
It'd take 10 years to rebuild Haiti.
Afghanistan President commented,
It'd take 15 years to rebuild its country.
And US is facing more Tough Time.
Consumer Spending is at its Lowest since 1946!

Bad Time gets Worse!
1/5 under the age of 16 are being brought up,
In an Unemployed Family!
Time has changed.
We're entering a New Era,
High Unemployment is the Norm.
High Inequality is the Fact.
High Volatility is the Trend.
